Zachary B. Gorrell is a fifth-generation REALTOR®, licensed auctioneer, licensed appraiser, and the President & Principal Broker of Gorrell Bros. Auctioneers & Real Estate LLC, a family-owned company proudly serving Northwest Ohio and Northeast Indiana since 1920.

Born and raised in Paulding County, Zach is a 2022 graduate of Paulding High School, where he was actively involved in athletics, student leadership, and served as National Honor Society President and Class Vice President. In 2026, he graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing through the John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation.

Zach completed his real estate education through Davis College and further expanded his industry expertise by graduating from the Reppert School of Auctioneering. In addition to real estate and auction services, Zach is also a licensed appraiser, providing valuation services for residential, agricultural, estate, and investment properties.

In 2026, leadership of Gorrell Bros. transitioned to the fifth generation as Zach was named President & Principal Broker of the company. Under the mentorship of Larry D. Gorrell, Zach quickly established himself as one of the area’s leading real estate professionals. In 2025, Zach successfully closed more than 70 real estate transactions, making him the top-producing agent in Paulding County by a significant margin and one of the leading agents across the surrounding multi-county region in total transactions. His production levels placed him among the top-performing real estate agents in the State of Ohio.

Known for combining aggressive marketing strategies with personalized service, Zach has built a reputation for high visibility, strong negotiation skills, and results-driven representation. His expertise includes residential, agricultural, and commercial real estate sales, land and personal property auctions, appraisal services, digital marketing, and property promotion. Through professional photography, drone videography, social media advertising, and targeted marketing campaigns, Zach focuses on maximizing exposure and delivering exceptional results for his clients.

In addition to his role at Gorrell Bros., Zach founded Thirteen Marketing Co. in 2026, a marketing company specializing in branding, digital advertising, and real estate marketing solutions designed to help businesses and properties stand out in today’s competitive marketplace.

Following the leadership transition, Larry D. Gorrell continues serving the company as President Emeritus, Senior Appraiser, Associate Broker, and Auctioneer, helping guide the next generation while continuing the traditions and values that have defined the company for more than a century.

Deeply rooted in the local community, Zach is a member of the Paulding Chamber of Commerce, Paulding Kiwanis, and a graduate of the Leadership in Action program. He is also actively involved at Defiance Church of the Nazarene.

Today, Zach continues building upon more than 100 years of family tradition while helping lead Gorrell Bros. into its next generation of growth, innovation, and service.
